Downshift Brewing Company's brewpub home base, the Hidden Tap, is in the heart of Midtown Ruidoso. We are a family owned and operated microbrewery focusing on ales and lagers, although we have our fair share of fun and funky rotational beers as well. We scratch make our unique gourmet pizzas, along with delicious pub grub fare.
