Why Downshift? We were in a transition period of our lives when we moved back from Oregon. I enjoy beer & I enjoy food. Meeting Eddie, Shelby and Jamey was a blessing because they also enjoy beer and food. We were both seeking each other and it worked out, here we are.
Favorite Downshift beer? Ooh. I like IPA’s, the Apex is great and I really like the Snowday.
Favorite Downshift brewery bite? I really like the Supreme Pizza, house made dough, seven ingredients, ya know?
Fun fact? I enjoy all food but I really don’t like baking. One part of my life I wish I would’ve paid more attention to in culinary school was the pastry/baking program. If I could give myself advice 15 years ago, I’d tell myself to pay more attention.

Why Downshift? Downshift is familia! Its more than just a job, I love coming to work and seeing all my Downshift fam here.
Favorite Downshift beer? It had to be Lil' Boo Thang with a brown sugar & caramel rim, unfortunately it was seasonal, so I've been sipping on Collective Good until Ed the Brewer decides to make more.
Favorite Downshift brewery bite? The Italian Grinder! I could live off sandwiches
Fun fact? I love beer and love helping to make it!
